Collaborative Perks dispone de una herramienta diseñada para facilitar el intercambio y la convivencia entre empleados que buscan intercambiar sus casas. La plataforma ofrece funcionalidades como búsqueda de propiedades y comunicación entre usuarios, con una interfaz limpia y centrada en la experiencia de usuario.
Problema
A pesar de contar con un sistema de mensajería, la plataforma no ofrecía una forma clara ni oficial de registrar acuerdos de intercambio entre usuarios. Esto provocaba varios problemas:
Falta de confianza: la ausencia de una confirmación generaba inseguridad, especialmente entre nuevos usuarios.
Confusión y malentendidos: los acuerdos se daban en intercambios verbales no confirmados, lo que llevaba a cancelaciones o conflictos.
Falta de trazabilidad: los acuerdos se hacían por fuera del sistema (vía mensajes o llamadas), sin registro oficial.
Limitaciones de gestión: el equipo no podía intervenir ni tener visibilidad sobre el estado de los intercambios.
Solución
Implementar un sistema de solicitudes de intercambio (“requests”), integrado en la experiencia web y móvil, que permite:
Formalizar acuerdos directamente desde la plataforma, con confirmación por ambas partes.
Generar confianza entre los usuarios, al proporcionar un entorno controlado para el compromiso.
Visualizar y gestionar el estado de cada solicitud (pendiente, aceptada, rechazada, cancelada).
Ofrecer soporte y seguimiento al equipo de administración, gracias al registro de solicitudes y su historial.
